Brillante Mendoza's Cannes 2015 entry `TAKLUB' held a special screening at Cinema 2 of SM Aura 01 June 2015 at 7pm. It is also the opening movie of the upcoming French Film Festival. The movie is about the life of Typhoon Yolanda survivors one year after the destructive typhoon hit Tacloban.
The special screening was flooded with cast, crew, guest, and media. TAKLUB received special recommendation ecumenical jury prize from the Un Certain Regard section at the recently-held Cannes Film Festival.
TAKLUB is led by cast members Nora Aunor, Julio Diaz, Lou Veloso, Aaron Rivera, and Ruby Ruiz.
