CINEMAPUA 2017 AWARDS NIGHT
The culmination of the CineMapua Film Festival held last 23-28 January 2017 was the Awards Night held last 13 February 2017 at the Mapua Institute Gym.
The filmmakers, the Jury, the Media, and other guests were treated to a buffet of beef stew, mixed vegetables, fruit salad, and iced tea.
Team `BABUYAN' (that's us!) was represented by Direk Martin Mayuga, Poster Designer Renzo Rosario, and actors Cataleya Surio, Aldrico Padilla, and myself.
The Board of Judges included Teddy Co, Aloy Adlawan, Kristian Sendon Cordero, Dr. Alvin Caparanga, and Dr. Bonifacio Doma

Incidentally, this is the Back-to-Back Best Actress award for Cataleya Surio. She won Best Actress last year for `FINISH LINE', directed by Martin Mayuga, and she wins this year again for `BABUYAN', also directed by Martin Mayuga
