On the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of Cinema One, Cinema One films were shown for free at the SM Malls. Cast and Crew made the rounds to promote viewership of these films. Since 2012's `Slumber Party' and 2013's `Shift' were being shown back-to-back, it was only appropriate that I throw my support behind both films, where I appear as an extra.

`SLUMBER PARTY' had its screening at 3pm. Joined Direk Emman De La Cruz and a friend call out to passers-by, shouting `Free Movie! Free Movie!', and was able to entice some people to watch. All they had to do was to register at the table for a ticket, then line up at the cinema entrance. |

After `Slumber Party, next movie to be shown was `Shift’ (I’m also in this one). I had already watched it the day before at SM Megamall, but when Direk Siege and Producer Joe Alandy said that Yeng was going to come, I stayed to watch it again! Other attendees were Josef, Alex Medina, and actress Anna Luna. Yengsters were obviously informed, and came out in droves. And Yeng did arrive, sporting purple hair, fresh from her concert series abroad! Pandemonium as the fans surged to catch a glimpse of her, even brushing aside the director and producer.
