LEAD had its soft opening on Labor Day at the Prestige Tower in Ortigas.
So how does LEAD differ from other Network Marketing businesses? In an interview with one of the executives, it was stated that the concept is similar (MLM), but the program is different. LEAD provides exciting opportunities to its members. Product distribution is the bottom line.
Insofar as products are concerned, LEAD's products have high active ingredients imported from Europe, especially products pertaining to skin care.
LEAD has partnered with one of Europe's top manufacturing firms when it comes to skin care, and has developed its unique formulae for each product.
The LEAD executive states that at this early phase, instead of paying good money hiring celebrities to endorse the products, they prefer to share the money instead to the distributors, who, by word of mouth, earn more by selling the goods, and letting the products speak for themselves.
The LEAD leaders together have more than 50 years in MLM experience, so they can analyze / make an attractive compensation plan based on concepts which have proved successful. `We went through a long process', says the executive.
Pre-selling of products started two weeks earlier, and already, sales of more than 12 million units have been attained, according to the executive.
Today marks the soft opening of LEAD. Future prospects including targeting the international market.
One remarkable aspect of LEAD is that there is no membership fees, and no annual fees. Members can check their commissions and bonuses via a back-office system made by the company (not outsourced).
