The 36th Gawad Urian Awards were significant in that all films nominated were Indie Films, a testimony to the significant artistic contribution of diverse and high quality indie films emanating from today's filmmakers. Looking forward to another bumper crop of original pinoy indie films, especially with Cinemalaya 2013 lurking around the corner....
